The people at the front desk are nice but hard to find sometimes. Stayed a month at a decent rate and when I tried to extend my stay they wanted to jack the price up to an amount that didn't match the accommodations. Almost $300 more a week! (Corporate did this not front desk) Again the staff was really nice.nI had to change rooms once because of beetles, they accommodated this swiftly.

Staff did absolutely not clean up after The people who had my room previously. Disgusting

They take good care of people. Recently without hot water. Tough to deal with even in warm weather.

The first room they gave me smelled strongly of smoke even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking facility. The second room was better but still had an unmistakeably smoky smell. The room had a small kitchen area with refrigerator, sink, microwave, and one small dishcloth/towel...and that was it. No utensils, cups, plates, coffee maker, soap...nothing. It was bring your own or pay to borrow from the front desk. There were FOUR hangers in the closet. One for each person the room could hold maybe? The bed I slept in was lumpy and uncomfortable. The TV didn't work--it turned on but the picture was all grainy and full of lines, and the remote in the room was a completely different brand than the TV and didn't work anyway. The halls were dark and creepy and hadn't been vacuumed in a while--there were bits of paper and things lining the walkway, and one of the smoke detectors in our hallway was beeping every few minutes for its battery to be changed. It wasn't changed during the 12+ hours we were there. The one luggage cart for the whole place had at least one flat tire and was more work to drag around than it was worth. We stayed one night because it was late and we were exhausted but then escaped the next morning. Oh, and they advertised free breakfast but it was all prepackaged food they could have picked up at the local 7-11. Yuk.

Upon my arrival to the hotel after booking my room through the phone, I was put through the check-in process. The two ladies, Misato and Sonia, were in charge behind the desk. The boarding was simple, easy, and very timely.nThe location is great. Movie theaters, Best Buy, Wegman's are all within close proximity. I have been staying for more than 3 days and have had taken advantage of the area's amenities (Just Wegman's so far). The room in itself appears a bit outdated, but well intact, clean, and functional. Trash cans were empty and no issues so far with the bed. Hot water works well and so does the fridge. Its a very minimal studio setup with everything you need for simple living, which fits me very well.nAs a business owner, I utilize the USPS heavily so access to such is important to me. Receiving and sending out mail is pretty simple, you pick up and drop of at the front desk. There was even a time I received priority mail straight to my room, hand delivered by management staff. These are gestures that I appreciate.nI have a cat with me during my stay and so far there hasn't been any issues coexisting with him with the space of the rooms. The exhaust fan in the bathroom seems industrial grade, and has been working well pulling out air from the litter box. Windows are child proof with screens intact so it makes it easy to vent the room without having to worry about the cat trying to run out. another plus.nI am staying here for quite some time, and will review and update upon my experiences moving forward. If you have any details that you would like me to provide feel free to contact me through the lobby and I will be more than happy to discuss.nnP.S.nMisato, thanks for the cat treats!nSonia, I appreciate your patience helping me square away the logistics with the billing cycle!nnBest,nL
