My daughter and her mother and grandmother stay here for over a month now. When i’ve gone to pick her up or visit for a few hours the staff was above and beyond amazing to my daughter and treat her great. My daughter adores the staff especially the nighttime staff. The being able to do laundry free is a huge plus, as well as the cleanliness in the gym and bedroom. 5/5 for sure and will definitely be renting a room when traveling for work myself down that way!
Check in was a nightmare. Was not given the room I paid for and had proof I paid for, was informed this room didn't exist. Was then told I could have the room I booked if I wanted to pay an additional $25. Front desk woman was erratic and rude and seemed under the influence. Reached out to the operations manager Alexandra Sekulic who was extremely unhelpful and did nothing but offer points to the hotel chain. Why would I want points for another atrocious stay. The place has the vibe of a shelter and it is quite apparent the place is riddled with drug activity. Please do yourself a favor and never stay at this place.
It is ok, but the TV itself and the programming stinks (they are working on changing to Comcast, but you'll still have a terrible picture and sound). The air conditioning never worked properly. One minute I'm sweating 20 minutes later I'm chilled. OMG get a top floor because the floors are so thin I heard stomping around most of the night being in the first floor. Hard to get a good sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would go back simply because of the staff and the location to restaurants and a 5 star food store that delivers.
Take care of the Landscaping here in Burlington. I have stayed here before also ...... Its very nice and clean! The Housekeeping is superior! Awesome!
This chain is being taken over by another company so no longer a IHG property as of 12/1. Not as nice as your typical CS. Not as updated as the newer hotels in the area.
