This was my second time staying here and both times has been amazing. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very nice and attentive, the hotel overall is new and very modern but cozy. My favorite feature is the patio with the fire pit, we spend multiple nights out there. I really can’t complain about anything at this hotel.
We had a great stay!! Friendly staff upon arrival, dog friendly and the room was spacious and relaxing. Be prepared to bring your pup with you everywhere since dogs aren't allowed to be alone in the room. Loved the dog amenities left in the room, pillow and food/water bowls.
This hotel was, by far, the best experience we've ever had with any hotel. The room was amazing but the hospitality is what was the most amazing part about it. We were greeted by Albert and he made sure that we had the most pleasant stay. He went above and beyond what you'd expect from hotel customer service. I will never stay at another hotel in Boston so long as this hotel is available. Best hotel and hospitality in town!!!
This hotel is a must!! I stayed at another hotel in Cambridge last weekend and highly disappointed.nArcher is a must stay choice!!! From the staff to the room; everything was A++.nI chose the double king room which also has the double sink vanity. Gorgeous!nThe rubber duck on the tub and the courtesy slippers where whimsical and a nice touch.nThe beautiful chandelier at the room entrance is so nice when lit.nThe beds are high and comfortable. You’ll definitely want to return.nOn to the next! #hoteltours
