Mark has been nothing short of phenomenal. From before I checked in and providing me with excellent recommendations about local neighborhood eats. The room was very comfortable and afforded me great rest. See you next time and Thanks Mark!!!
I stayed here the night of 10/23. The room was old & dingy (mildew & cracks in the tub, cracked cabinets, just kind of run down in general). This was something I could deal with. What I could not deal with was the ROACHES in the bathroom. I called the front desk to let them know & they simply offered to upgrade my room to a suite in another building, observing that “we’ve never had roaches in THAT building before”. So at 1am I moved to a totally different room in another building. No offer to comp anything or even a discount on my room price, and at 1am after a full day of driving it’s not exactly possible to track down a different hotel. I was not impressed at all.
Stayed here for Columbus Day weekend.. the room was ok.. restroom was horrible.. water wouldn’t go in the tub.. Togo breakfast was good ..
Throughout our stayed is been awesome. The worker are very pleasant. Whatever you need they accommodate. And named mark in the front desk, is an awesome guy who helped our situation, and the manger was pleasant as well. The hotel was very accommodating and my bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.
