Not going to beat in value; and if you or your kids are swimmers, this is the one. It is essentially a pool surrounded with rooms. Off-street parking (under hotel) was a nice touch; well-lit, felt safe, as a garage could be. Staff was exceptionally helpful, despite some minor computer checkin glitches. Would book again, no problem. Value is high here.

Stayed here for 25 nights and for the most part it was okay. However, bring your own towels as most of what they put in the rooms are going to have stains. Also, be prepared to deal with guests smoking illegal substances outside the front doors on a regular basis. Doesn't stop there either. On several nights/early mornings, a car alarm kept going off for hours. Can only assume the car belongs to a hotel staffer as it never moved from the parking spot. Other issues cane up and when you call the front desk, the call is transferred because nobody is manning the front counter. So you get what you paid for and in this case, be warned...spend the extra $10 a night and find a more reputable hotel.

My experience is mixed with lots of concerns about how this hotel operates. I am honest in stating i used this hotel because it was what i could afford. I stay a length of time here and exposed to a few uncomfortable situations that even brought my personal safety in question.eg I returned to hotel in evening and the door to my room was open. This was very strange! The cleanliness of the hotel is questionable. I know staff believes their doing a good job in this area but not so it could be much better ( sometimes towels that were wore out and looked poorly cleaned was in my room. The shower curtain was dirty. I sanitized it myself. They probably should not be using curtain use can change daily.nStay for one night if u have to. There are undesirable people are hotel and the smell of weed and smoke. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. There's normally a good breakfast available, though that's been suspended due to the pandemic. Much better than other places in the area I've stayed at.
