I have never been disappointed with a stay at Home2 Suites. The rooms are always clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. My personal experience with the staff (from the desk clerks, housekeepers, and the breakfast staff), and every thing I have observed during my stayS at this location has been above expectation. You my pay a little more to stay here.... but for me it is well worth it for the peace of mind of getting what you pay for!!
Hair in bed, tile falling off wall in bathroom, room in need of paint...this is a VERY budget hotel. Your reward for being a diamond member will be a bag of peanuts. There are better options in the area. Choose them
Friendly reception and informative. Room was great. Couldn't get the AC to work. Not a big deal since it was early January and I like a cool room.
I made a reservation for one night due to my water being shut off for a few hours for remodeling taking place in my home. When I showed up to check in, I was told I couldn't stay because I wasn't from out of state. Seriously!? They had asked me for my address when the reservation was made so they knew what it was. If it is in fact their policy not to let locals stay they should've had the decency to call me ahead of time and communicate that to me. I had made the reservation almost two weeks before. I ended up having to drive to another hotel last minute to try and find a place to stay (something I was trying to avoid doing) when I HAD already made a reservation at this place! Very unprofessional.
Great room service! Great breakfast! Staff was always kind and professional. We've already recommended Roanoke Home2 to our family and friends
