Place was clean. Tenants were definitely full of drama. Lots of drinking and night tine activity late night. I rented a efficiency for 2 months. Paid a 200$ deposit upon moving in. and after i cleaned thoroughly, steam cleaned the carpet, puttyed holes. Was only returned 100$.

Had a terrible experience at this dump. Rooms are super outdated and disgusting. We had bed bugs in our room, as well as many others staying at the same time. A few of us staying here for work got out rooms flooded out by rain, experiencing damage to our personal equipment and the owner told us he won’t help make it right. The place is mainly occupied by junkies and crackheads, I saw many drug deals in the parking lot while staying here. The druggies singled us out one night and threw beer on one of us and slapped him, the next morning the owner opened our door without knocking and forced us out to talk about the situation, so we told them we were leaving. I believe the owners and staff know of a drug ring in their hotel and are covering it up because as soon as the junkies got involved, we went from super welcome to it’s time to leave. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and disgusting place. Place needs to be shut down by the police or health department before something bad happens to good people. Do not stay here, the Motel 6 down the road is a much better location, clean and super friendly.
