This place is amazing! It's pet friendly which is so rare, my emotional support Kitty Kylo has been with me. My husband and I have been down on our luck and this place has been our Haven. It's really nice, very clean, the bed is super comfy, and the staff has excellent customer service. They are professional as well as very kind. And honestly I love the area, the people around here has been so amazing.
Room was clean and nicely finished. Staff was great. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again when traveling.
The folks were very nice at the front desk. Room wasn't right for the price. $70 for a room that should have cost $54 because of old linings. I appreciate them being open. I'll give them ⭐⭐.
I requested a jacuzzi room for my boyfriend and I on our anniversary. When we got back to the room and started the jacuzzi, we noticed a brown foam building up on top of the water. We went to the front desk to let them know. This guy tells us that the jacuzzi must not have been cleaned properly. We agreed and ask the gentleman what we could do to get it cleaned. He informs us that he can not leave the front desk and offers us some cleaning supplies. Not having any other options in the area to get a room with a jacuzzi we took the cleaning supplies. Our attempt to clean this jacuzzi was not that great. Needless to say we didn't get in. While cleaning tho we noticed how poorly the rest of the room was detailed. Along the walls and bed were building up of dust. Under the night stands were someone's left over dinner. The mirrors were clean tho. So the next day when we requested to speak with the manager, seemed as if the night time clerk came down with amnesia. He was very rude explaining that we didn't inform him of this until earlier that morning. He denied refusing to clean the tub or offering any other solution than to clean it out selves. The manager was just as rude, telling us we dirtied the tub and we should be made to pay extra to have it cleaned. I would highly recommend sleeping in a ditch before I send even enemies to this hotel.
Room and bathroom we're clean. Large room with a big bathroom. Staff was very friendly and the rates were reasonable. AC blew nice and cold and the room was very quiet. Little older place but well maintained.
