Judy was amazing! We were going to be out late until after reception closed so she let us check in early. She was so sweet and accommodating! This place is a last vestige of Americana. Although our room could’ve used a bit of love, we appreciate that it was rustic, charming, clean, safe and the price can’t be beat! Our room (#1), was larger than we expected and had a huge bathroom. So nice to have a microwave and very cold fridge, too. The water pressure in the shower was great! As it’s located on the highway, you can hear the cars going by but that didn’t bother us. The grounds are simply adorable and I loved having my car literally outside our door. This is a no frills, convenient, best value for your bucks place that’s been around for several generations! Really appreciate that they take Covid-19 seriously. Don’t forget to tip the cleaning crew for their hard work! We won’t hesitate to stay here again!

Overall: Great stay for a great price!nnThe good: The service when we checked in was friendly and humble. The rooms are clean and, considering the price, decently sized. The price is great compared to some of the other options in town, and what you get is well worth the money. Fridge and cable included.nnThe not-so-good: The motel is right off 211, which is more noisy than you might think (even in the middle of the night). Add insult to injury by having trains blast through town that can be heard from the motel as well. Check-in cutoff is early in the eve, so double check!

My lady and myself stayed at the motel during a short vacation.and to our surprise it was very clean and the people there were also very friendly, and helpful in answering our questions about the sites in Luray.nI would highly recommend this motel due to the location and the cleanliness to anyone looking to stay at a very reasonable rate in the future.nKen & Teresa
