The bedroom and the bathroom were very nice but there were a few things that made me very uncomfortable in my one night stay. The toilet paper in the bathroom wasn’t changed out from there previous guests, there was a yellowish brown stain on my washcloth, and there was hair on the shower from the previous guests. All of this pretty much told me that they did not do a very good job in deep cleaning the bathroom, which is very important during times like these.

Very nice, clean room. Beds are comfy. Tammy at the front desk....the best! Would definitely stay again.

Such a nice stay! The accommodations are classy and the bathroom is super cool with a light bordering the mirror and the shower is super nice. I’d say for the low price it is above and beyond!

Ultimately, the room itself was suited to my needs, seemed rather clean, and was sufficiently comfortable. If that was all I was rating this hotel on, I would give it 4 stars. That said, there were a number of disappointing issues with the hotel. Firstly, none of the staff wore masks or seemed to pay any mind to proper COVID procedures. They also did not behave or dress professionally, but I still found the lack of masks and distancing most distressing. Secondly, while the room was clean, the common areas were not. Hallways had bits of dirt and debris littered throughout. The elevator had bits of spilled food and discarded wrappers on the floor. My remaining two issues are much more forgivable but still deserve to be mentioned. Many aspects of the hotel seemed to be the result of a rushed construction. This was particularly noticeable in sloppy paint jobs throughout. Also, upon checking in, I was given a room that had not been cleaned yet. I was able to request a new room without issue, but this still speaks to the general lack of professionalism I experienced from the staff throughout my visit.

Started out well, bad leak in floor outside bathroom. Told them several times, they said to keep putting towels down to soak up water lol. Would have been very easy just to move us to a new room but they would not. They wouldn’t do anything about it. Refrigerator didn’t work well and the room was very hard to cool down. Oh and several charges kept appearing on my bank account. Very disappointed.
