Quality Inn Radford-West Blacksburg I-81

This place is awful!!! Our room was CLEARLY not cleaned. There was a photo and screw laying on the bed when we arrived, there were no lightbulbs in any of the fixtures, and the over-all feel to this place is disgusting. The front desk manager was not wearing a mask and refused to give us any type of confirmation in writing when we asked for a refund. Save your time and money. Stay clean. Stay away from here.

This is an old hotel definitely in need of an update. My biggest gripe was the loud HVAC unit. It was loud and constantly turned off and on. Room cost was $89 which is reasonable, but I would look for a newer hotel.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My family and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while in town visiting family. We immediately became concerned over safety when we pulled into the dark parking lot, and the side door was not locked (it was left unlocked our entire stay). Upon entering our hallway we were welcomed with an unpleasant smell. We were hopeful that the hotel was just older and in need of updating which would have been fine, but unfortunately it only went down hill from there. The original room we were put in, the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. We had to move rooms almost immediately due to screaming and shouting coming from the room next door. When we were moved to our new room we did not have light bulbs in multiple lamps, and one of the over head lights was out. Our shower curtain was extremely mildewed, and there were what appeared to be blood stains on the towels. There were stains on the pillow cases and bedspread. The floors were extremely gross. When you walked with out shoes on your feet and socks turned black. Police were at the hotel investigating something on our floor. There was a strong smell of pot smoke in the hallway and when we notified the front office they seemed unconcerned. By far the worst experience we have ever had, and we will not be staying in this or any other Quality Inn again. Super disappointed in this Choice Hotel experience.

Beds are great but getting a room with hot water good luck been in 3 different rooms all the same except the last room was dirty I had to clean it myself little over priced but new management taking over maybe it will change please don't stay at econo lodge down the hill really loud and jacuzzi room didn't have hot water and was nasty lobby is the same quality inn stay at quality inn if you stay here nice receptionist

I had walked to 2 different rooms. Both rooms were dirty, the nasty rooms I have taken pictures of was the Econolodge that is attached to this property! Management then required a deposit after moving me to the Quality Inn attached to the property, the room was nice at quality Inn but made me pay a deposit and I refused so they refused to rent to me! And told me I could never come back these property’s are HORRIBLE!!
