The hotel was relatively new and well kept. Upon entering you can see that it is kept clean. The door to your room has a tape seal letting you know it was sanitized. Although I used the app for check-in/out, room selection and digital key, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Every time I went past the desk, they were quick with a greeting, and always asked if I needed anything. The price was reasonable for the area.
Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Love the snack options you can buy in the lobby. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, and the bathroom I’m telling you is SPOTLESS and shining when you check in. Only thing bad I have to say about this hotel, is that the guests walk around with no masks on. Mask rule needs to be enforced. I felt uncomfortable walking around with one on and seeing others not even worry, and also judging me. Just because you’re in a hotel dosent mean you can act like you’re in your own home!!! But otherwise 10/10 this place and the staff are awesome
Nice clean hotel with reasonable amenities for the price range. Very comfortable bed. Probably the best you can find in Radford.
