Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good rates, and friendly staff. All the amenities we needed. My boyfriend and I stopped overnight on our way to Roanoke to take my son have tests ran at the hospital. Great experience!
We have been informed about front desk clerk Grace arguing about politics again.This happened to me about a month ago with her. I like Trump and she had a mouth full to say. I hear now she has run off a good employee over the same issue and now 3 of our favorite employee's have left so, My boss I and will be taking our business elsewhere. Watch out for Grace at front desk.
Looked nice... Other than i went swing and left my shorts on tub over night and next morning grabbed them and two roaches fell off them in two tub..eggg.. Got out quick.. Also no one told me that they also hold 25 dollars more off my card for any damages that my bank would talk two days to clean back to me.. Would be nice if i was told ahead..
Very clean, quiet,comfortable and spacious. Staff is friendly and polite. Was super happy with this hotel because I was here for a few days. A lot of shopping and food options close by. Definitely give this place a try you won't be disappointed.
Our stay was nice until we were on way out to eat and the girl with short curly hair working at front desk was very rude and disrespectful towards another employee. Cursing and screaming. Uncalled for behavior. I do think we will consider another motel next visit.
