Nice and clean, but some quirks with my stay. My TV had no volume so the front desk associate moved me promptly. This was amazing and much appreciated, but I had no hot water in the morning. I waited for the water to warm and let the shower run for quite a while, I ended up having to take a cold shower. This was a very clean and accommodating hotel though and the weather was quite bad that day with lots of wind, this may have been the issue.
Clean rooms friendly staff very good place to stay. A big thanks for the office manager maria for being helpful and friendly
Great hotel, close to the mall which is a plus!
