We lost power and decided to check in here since it is pet friendly. We had a wonderful experience! Won checked us in and was super helpful with any and all questions we had. Eva at night was also very friendly and helpful! Very clean and was a great experience! We will definitely book again if needed!
The breakdown of my stay.nnFront desk: The young lady was very professional and helpful.nnRoom: upon entering my room, I had a little care package on the counter. It was a handwritten note from the GM just thanking my dog and me for staying, and if anything is needed, they will make away. Now that was very awesome to see and read, especially being tired from my LONG DRIVE. It was very refreshing and made my day. The room was spotless and smelled pleasant.
Frequent visitor as I stay at this hotel weekly. The Hyatt is as good as you will ever get at this price point. Hotel Staff are always friendly and eager to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Rooms/Common areas are spotless every time I walk through the doors. 5 stars!
Very clean and pleasant stay. Pool is still open, covid restrictions of course. However, didn’t matter much because we were the only ones in the pool anyhow. Lots of food options nearby. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk. Hoping the manager sees this and notes that he’s a keeper! I believe his name was Won. He was super pleasant and friendly.
Pet friendly, though no mention of a 60 dollar fee and were told cannot leave dog unattended, even when at restaurants or out. Parking is tight at night, no quiet hours enforced apparently. Is a nice hotel spacious rooms and amenities with covid enforcements.
