Excellent customer service! My friends and I had to cancel our reservation due to some unforeseen circumstances, and the Main Street Inn staff was very understanding and helpful. We hope to reschedule another visit in the future!
Clean, soundproof, nicely appointed, and very pleasant staff.
Perfect for what I needed when scooping my Hokie to come home! Clean, covid careful, friendly, comfortable, charming, and very close to campus. Love them. We've already booked our return.
Great looking lobby, however the rooms have poorly planned setups. Furniture is not kept in good condition and bad layout. No fans in bathroom is making the fixtures rust. I gave it 3 stars because of the location in town and the friendly staff.
First time at the Inn and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the social distancing.
