This by far is the cleanest Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. When traveling with my dog, I stay at Motel 6 often, because there is no fee. I have stayed at maybe 30 different ones on the east coast. The minute I walked in, I knew something was different. Ashley at the front desk was very warm and welcoming of Me and my dog. My room was very clean, and smelled amazing. I will stay here again with or without my dog. Good Job.
Some lady there who I'd never seen before was very rude to me said she was the niece of the owner. Other than that I would have given 3 because all of the other staff were very professional with no effort seemingly.
Overall it was just ok. The water worked. The heat was fine. The towels was clean and the television worked. I found my bed comfortable enough.nnMy room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. We found trash on the table.
They took my money and they are very rude telling me they took my money for not following the policy. I ask them what policy. There won't no policy given to me. And the toilet was not clean when I arrive there. The room was okay the heat somewhat work and they need to be more friendly I advise the corporate do something about this business soon as possible.
Got a decent night of sleep, can't complain. Very clean. The staff was great.
