Definitely lacked detailed cleaning. Was fine for just the night but I wouldn't book it for an extended stay. After reading other reviews you would think management would resolve the cleaning issue.

Unbelievable! The most rude counter person I have ever met in my life. My friend was renting a room, the cashier and my friend had a disagreement about the way things were being paid. He asked her to wait so he could show her the email he received, instead of patiently waiting for him to show her the email, she went on about how he didn't know what he was talking about. He asked her to wait three times. Then an argument ensued. Unprofessional is an understatement! NEVER AGAIN.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE THERMOSTATS IN THE ROOMS! I'm sure they'll claim they do, but it's just a knob that's blue on one end and red on the other, WITH NO DEGREE MARKS. How, for example, would you set it to 68°? You can't. You just have to guess but that means waking up sweating, changing it, then waking up freezing, back & forth several times a night. Some tick marks on the knob would go a long way. Terrible experience.
