Broken things don't get fixed. I should know, over 70 days in 2020. Elevator broken at least 4 times. I challenge you to find a room without at least 1 issue. The soap you see in the shower is when I checked in, previous occupants stuff. Gross. Thermostats are dead. Metal things are where shower robe hooks should be.
Enjoy every moment. The hotel staff was good, particularly the day staff. They made sure our stay was comfortable and convenient.
I always enjoy staying at any Hilton location. Everyone is pleasant and accommodating. And everything is beautiful and clean.
Hapmton inn is very consistent. You always know what your gonna get. So it is kinda stress free to stay here.
Night desk girl was useless. Music loud in room above us and dancing and banging. I called front desk. Instead of telling the people to quiet down, she inconvenienced us to move rooms. The new room had smaller TV. Didnt work at first, instead of coming up to fix it, front desk is giving us all these technical wire instructions. Lock on door didn't lock. Horrible customer service in evening
