Not Clean! You would first find stickers on the door that says “This Room has been Disinfected” which made us feel comfortable at first. But when we got in Room 308, it had tiny bugs on the shower ceiling and towels, and a small spider crawling on the bed sheet. We were so disgusted and disappointed last night that we did not even bother talking to management for a refund and ended up finding a cleaner hotel. Not so sure why it is a 3 star Hotel with over $130 a night. (See picture attached)
Great location, and friendly staff. Clean and affordable. Dated building and rooms, needs updating but for a quick trip completely serviceable.
Cleanliness was less than desirable. Even the walls looked dirty. Got to my room something brown on the sheets got a different room bed was cleaner but again room was mediocre on cleanliness. Staff not to helpful with requests and not understanding whatsoever of night shift workers
Very nice rooms with plenty of space and equipment. We stayed due to no power, so was wonderful to have heat and water!
First I'm a Diamond Member. The room I had looked out dated. Most of the Hiltons that I stay have four towels and four wash clothes. This room only had two of each. The AC didn't work well.
