If I could give less than one start I would, at this point they are in the negative. Once again I was in line for over 45 minutes, and once again they had not recorded our insurance correctly, and once again, we were told to come back in an hour and a half, which we did, only to be told that it was in face NOT READY AGAIN. So ONCE AGAIN my child will most likely go all night without her medication. This is the WORST PHARMACY EVER. Also, the pharmacy manager is the WORST. Don't believe them when they say they are backed logged, they are always back logged, that is the rule, it will never be ready when they say it will, and they don't record your information the correct way in the first place. Even before Covid they didn't do their jobs. So if at all possible avoid this place, it's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

If I could give NO stars I would. Any time I try to call this pharmacy, they answer and ask me to hold. I have held for over an hour before. It is the pharmacy tech who answers the phone, I know exactly who he is. I will even hang up and call back, and say no I cant hold! He puts me right back on hold without even hearing what I need. This place sucks!!

Wish their were negative star ratings.. brutal experience with COVID testing. My advice is if you cannot handle the service do not offer it. As a CVS stockholder, the poor level of service which resulted in a much needed test never getting done makes we want to rethink my investment.

We had to return a prescription after finding two different pills in the container. The pharmacist confirmed that there were two different strengths of the same medication being dispensed. This is intolerable. If there is any place where perfection is absolutely necessary it is the pharmacy. Check your prescriptions carefully when received.

Time and time again my prescriptions are never filled on time or even remotely a decent timeframe. I go without my medicine because of this place and the level of rudeness I receive is just not okay. P always has something to say on front and in the pharmacy. Why can’t she be respectful?
