I was in town and this was my first time picking up a prescription from them and it took an HOUR for me to get my pills. There was a woman behind me who was waiting as well who looked like she was in a lot of pain. I don’t know how a pharmacy works but an hour to put pills in a bottle seems a bit ridiculous, especially when your patients are in a lot of discomfort. I don’t ever want to go there again for my medication.
The best pharmacy we've ever used. The staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I like that we can do some of our grocery shopping while we wait (or visit the extensive magazine rack). Also, in addition to routine reliability, the few times that we have had complications with our prescriptions, Giant Pharmacy has always come through for us and helped us out with above-and-beyond customer service. Just love these people and can't say enough good about them.
The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, but don’t try to go right when they open because they are always late!
