Happy local patron of Top Notch Pharmacy! The staff is fantastic, there's almost never a line, and I love having a local pharmacy within walking distance. They'll even deliver your medication for free if you need it, and have carside service as well. Prices are comparable to CVS or any other mainstream pharmacy.

Best pharmacy in Charlottesville, hands down. This place is absolutely the best!nI’ll never go to another major chain pharmacy again. It’s locally owned and small enough to be able to provide very fast, friendly, personalized and professional service...not like CVS, Walmart, Walgreens and all those other major chain pharmacies. The head pharmacist and other staff are great...super friendly and very knowledgeable. There’s also a ton of other neat stuff there, from health&wellness to cards, unique gifts, candles, fragrances and even gifts for young children.

just the best pharmacy ever! So happy to have found it and not fight the big pharmacies I used to go to. Excellent staff and wonderful pharmacists.nPlus they deliver promptly if I can't get there. Just wonderful!
