Great shop and staff. Bought first road bike this year to try and stay in shape for ski season. They set me up with my bike and all necessary equipment. They never rushed me and explained everything. Also have taken care of all time ups since with same attention to detail.

I was leaving for a 5 day bikepacking trip to Vermont, and when I was going over my bike one last time I noticed the bottom bracket was loose. I called the shop and they told me to take it up there and they would look at it. They took me right away (lots of people in the store), and fixed it right away! I can’t thank them enough! Great store, and great people working there!

The guys at the Ardmore location have been amazing every time my boyfriend and I have been in there. Their service, knowledge, and personalities ensure that I buy from them instead of another bike shop or online. They are by far the best bike shop around, and we visited several.nnCan't say enough good things about Human Zoom and their staff and management. I really feel like I have a local bike shop for everything, now.
