When we were looking to have the roof replaced, we looked at numerous companies. Adam was quick to respond and was significantly lower in price. He described their product and answered all of our questions. They stripped the old roofing off and installed a new standing seam metal roof. The workers were professional and exceeded my expectations. The clean-up was superb. Every evening when they finished, they ensured that the ground was cleaned of any debris. During the final clean-up, they used a magnetic sweeper to ensure that all the nails and metal was picked up. I highly recommend them for anyone that is looking for a metal roof to be installed.

I contacted Modern Standing Seam and Adam, the owner, replied within 24 hours and came out for a free estimate a couple days later accommodating my schedule. Adam brought samples with him and was very detail oriented explaining the whole roof system and process. One of the best parts of dealing with Modern is you deal directly with Adam start to finish and getting in touch with him is easy and he is always helpful. His crew installing the roof was very friendly, knowledgeable, clean up after themselves and do excellent work. Strongly recommend Modern, Adam and his team to anyone serious about having a high quality roof that not only is guaranteed to perform but is a statement piece that will make your house the envy of your neighborhood.

I would highly recommend this company. They were very professional. They were always on time, very courteous, worked 10 hour days in 90°+ weather, and left my yard clean everyday. They were very informative and did exactly what they said they would. Quality of the material and work was excellent....And the roof looks great! Not to mention this but I lost my dad during this time and they actually sent me flowers for my loss!! How many companies would take the time to do that! I've had alot of bad experiences with contractors but these guys are great. It's nice to find a reputable contractor. I have total respect for Adam and his company. Thank you for doing such a great job.
