I would say a 4.2, very knowledgeable staff, everyone was asking to help us. They were busy which is why we were waiting for a while. I anticipate they'll be getting busier as the warmer weather gets here. Would recommend to those in the Worcester area looking for a new bike.
Ryan greeted us at the door with a smile and installed some pegs on our brand new bike in a flash. He was incredibly kind and pleasant and helpful. It was the perfect ( & rare! ) shopping experience! We’ll be back for sure.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!nNeil in the Worcester Store helped me get the bike I was after. A week later, when I realized that the bike wasn't really a good fit for me, he made the return process totally painless.nThis is the kind of place you want to to business with.
It was very busy. I went there for service, unannounced. I was welcomed immediately, courteously, but I had to wait outside 10-15 minutes before someone talked to me. Then I wad told that it would take about 4 weeks to fix my bikes because there were other people ahead of me. The person I talked with seemed very knowledgeable, but I took my stuff and left, going to do the work myself rather than waiting 4 weeks dir a flat tire and moving some parts around between 2 bikes.
The phone is answered promptly, and even though the staff is very busy they were willing to help me understand the options and get the best bike for my needs. Serendipitously, they had a bike that met all my requirements in stock at the store!
