Freedom Forever installed a PV system at our home in the fall. Our sales person was responsive and knowledgeable . However, the system is not operational. We received permission to operate but the panels sit on our roof doing nothing. Communication has been non-existent. A tech came to the house twice and nothing has changed.nWe have also not received a penny of the promised solar incentive money.nNeedless, to say we are not happy customers.nUpdate: A tech came and our system is running. We are very excited to have it fully operational.
They completed the job 2 months ago and no inspection has happened and now we are expecting to make our first payment. Panels are not producing. Customer service reps lie so bad. Now I have to start making double payments with National Grid and for the panels. This company is horrible! Do not use them!!
The team is as professional as you can get from the sale staff to the installers. Never had such experts and appreciation to their job as I’ve had with these guys. More than a 5 star but you can only go so far.
