Beyond Amazing! One of the most beautiful resorts we have ever been to. Welcoming from the second you pull up. The entire restart is immaculate and well taken care of. Every care taken to keep guests safe during the pandemic, from temperature checks, to hand sanitizer on every table during dinning. Way to make your guests feel pampered by handing out extra masks and even sunblock and ice cream to the kids at the pool!nThe food and drinks, even pool side are fantastic.nOur favorite part of Maui! Will definitely be back.

Hotel is fantastic. Spa, 4 restaurants, has its own beach (rare in Hawai'i apparently) and very friendly staff. Despite staff telling us the hotel was highly booked it didn't feel crowded. The Serenity pool is recommended if you want to relax. Views are great.nnBuffer breakfast is delicious. Ripe, sweet fruit. Cheeses, savory food, made-to-order pancakes and French toast.nnWe stayed at an ocean view room. Booked via preferred partner and got free buffet breakfast for 2 ($100 daily) plus $100 daily credit.nnWould return again. Very recommended.

Direct beach access and amazing breakfast buffet. We traveled with 2 yr old and could not have picked any better choices. They provide sunscreen at the pool and we ran out of baby shampoo and wipes, which they provided. Complimentary bottled water everywhere. Location is great as well- always sunny while other parts of Maui were cloudy/ drizzling. Very close (10min drive) to restaurants/ super markets/ nail salons/ 20mins to the best aquarium/ whale watching harbor. Rates are very high but their superb service justifies for it.

Seeing your segment on my destination TV only reminded me of how much your hotel ruined my honeymoon:(nMy sunset, beachside couples massage never happened because the mother/daughter the hour before us decided they needed separate huts, and longer massages.nI get accommodating the customer, but mind you we were a honeymoon couples massage. It was our last night of vacation, 7 years later now, and all I can remember is your lack of customer service.nAlso they even gave us the wrong jeep at valet.nWish it wasn't the nightmare experience we had! And hope better for any future travelers!
