I had an amazing stay here! Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Clean. Loved everything about the stay.
The castle, as we referred to it as kids. I can't think of what the Sheraton in Framingham doesn't do! When I was younger I had my prom here, and it was beautiful! Later, I met up with a friend from NYC who came here on a bus tour for New Year's Eve. Most recently I attended a Comic-Con and for the first time stayed in one of their luxurious rooms! I also had the opportunity to enjoy the bar/restaurant for dinner, which was amazing! And later attended a party there at the bar! What am I missing? The staff! The desk staff, the bar/restaurant staff, the maid service... all around, I couldn't ask for a more professional and courteous staff! A+
Even before we checked in the front desk supervisor Botrous was beyond accommodating and when checking in front desk person was so pleasant and more importantly the room was very clean. Will definitely be coming back.
The staff here is extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean and is comfortable and spacious. Amenities are limited due to Covid, but this is the standard at every hotel due to state regulations and we all have to understand that. All in all, I've been pretty pleased.
