Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Framingham

Only 4 stars. Normally 5. Due to pandemic.. no paper towels, no extra bedding, no extra toilet paper, no hot breakfast. You may ask for extra but be aware that due to the pandemic certain services may be limited. Staff extremely helpful and caring. Will stay again.

I stayed here for about a month due to the COVID 19 crisis courtesy of my employer. The room I stayed in was great, but other than that my stay was less than satisfactory. I am not one to normally leave bad reviews anywhere, but because of the things that happened during my stay I felt the need to do this. One day during my stay, I had half a load of laundry stolen. Due to the lack of security measures in the hotel, the clothes were never found and I additionally did not receive any compensation for the lost items. Granted I should have not left my clothes unattended but I believe if a camera was in the laundry room this would not have happened. Additionally when I got home I noticed I forgot a speaker in my room which was brand new and in the box (again my fault for forgetting it, certainly after the first situation I should've been more careful). It was a Google Home which is bought for my stay until I realized I couldn't use it with hotel WiFi. I have called the hotel multiple times to see if housekeeping found it and have not received a solid answer,And I've been told that they still haven't been able to check with housekeeping. I would just like to know if it was found or not so I can move on with my life and get another speaker or not waste the money if it is there. Overall the staff was very friendly, but unfortunately this does not take away from the issues. I hope in the future they install security cameras so what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else.

It's good joint except lots of things are missing due to Covid 19. No usual breakfast in the morning. Morning supply of essentials is missing. You have to go to front desk to collect personally.
