Never ever pick up medication here. Today we went in to pick up my cousin medication. And the gurl said they still working on it. It will take about 15 minutes. Went did sone shopping in the store. Came back still not done. Sat down on the chair waited another 30 minutes no medication yet. So I asked how long more? No one answered. So we waited a little while longer. A customer goes up to the window and says he can pick up his medication tomorrow he knows they are busy.!! Then he says whos rushing you? To the girl his speaking with and start laughing!! At this time I stood up and went to the window and said we will pick up the medication tomorrow. Not one of them acknowledged me I said it twice. We just walked away. Rude customer service no personality, don’t smile, and totally unprofessional. This is the Maui Mall longs drug pharmacy.
