Rite Aid

I have gone to this store for years and never had any problems until recently I'm giving them 3 stars for overall performance but I will say there is one Technician there I won't say her name here but I have complained and when she is working I dread going there.. I've never been treated so rude in my life my hubby went for me today because I didn't want to deal with her and she was rude to him as well my husband is always pleasant and gives people the benefit of the doubt as soon as he said the medication I needed filled she went ughh like loudly when I've asked about refill dates etc she has flat out told me no to look it up myself are u kidding me? I'M thinking of moving all my meds to Safeway because if I feel I have to avoid going so I don't have to deal with one technician all the time its pretty bad makes me sad I've been with them for 30 plus years.

Pharmicists are rude and never have prescriptions ready on time, they say an hour and a half, i wait two hours and they give me every excuse under the sun why my meds arent ready and as previously stated theyre extremely rude about it. Go to safeway instead. Waste of time.

Good store but on 6-3-19 around 11am. 2 cashiers tried flirting with my wife. Im not thrilled at the customer service and its clear your business hires children who cant show respect.

All staff including the pharmacy have wonderful customer service skills. Store is always clean and merchandise is fairly easy to find.

Shopped their on 11/28/17. Prices were high on all but 3 items that had sale tags posted clearly. When I was checking out the young girl at the cash register rang up full price on the first advertised item, I said its on sale 2 for 1, she said no they are not,I said thenkeep them ,without checking our having the manager that was right their check she went to the next item. The next item, shoe insoles or gels were on sale but again she said nope they are not . and again would not even check! I . The 3rd item was a box of crackers wheat thins with a 50 cent of coupon clearly marked pin the box, but obviously not for me I paid the full price as I didn't catch the mistake being flustered by her performance.nnIf you shop at the Milton freewaterm rite aid beware !nnShame this stores performance !
