Rite Aid

Terrible pharmacy!!! Every time I come in for a prescription it is never ready. They are big at making excuses. Happened again, doctors office call in a prescription yesterday and of course only one was ready. But they couldn’t tell me why it won’t be ready for two days after it was called in. Rite aid definitely lost a customer. Walmart is better then this.

Jessica has provided exceptional service to my elderly, technology-challenged mother, helping her set up auto-refill and home delivery and taking time to answer all of her questions!

Only reason I go here is for my Covid tests and they do a good job

Rite Aid on Isaac's has been my family's go to pharmacy for years. However, I don't know what's going on with them over the last year or so but efficiency and service has really taken a nosedive. Management needs to desperately hire more people. One pharmacist and one clerk is NOT enough. Prescriptions shouldn't take hours if not days to be ready. Some people need those medications right away. Shame on you Rite Aid management for letting this go on for so long. I'm moving my family's prescriptions to another store.

When Shopko closed, I chose to transfer my prescriptions to Rite Aid as the other pharmacy didn’t take my insurance. They started out well, but so the wait times turned into hour long outings. I stuck with them for almost a year.... through promises of more staffing, shorter wait times, better customer service. I finally transferred my prescriptions to another local pharmacy. Now that my mom is here I am having to deal with them again... and still the same problems. One person in the pharmacy and the pharmacist. Wait time in and out of the store are a minimum of 20 minutes. I see the comments of apologies a being left by The “owner” or store manager but quit apologizing and fix the problem. Maybe it’s time for a new store manager if this one can’t get the job done.
