Waited for hours to get our covid test.....that was on Thursday. I'm still waiting for the email to come thru and it's now Sunday......never again will I go there for any pharmacy related issues! What a complete and utter waste of time. They couldn't fix it and we ended up having to drive back over the pass to get it done on time for us to catch our flight tomorrow . Not at all happy with the system or how it works either the app freezes and wouldn't let us reschedule in another town. Very disappointed.

Great pharmacy but in the last year I have to wait about 30 min each time. Not sure it's the staff fault but somewhere the system is broken. There could be a more efficient way of operating.

Changing to the Franklin store.nKelly is totally rude!nGot a text saying the prescriptions were ready, got there & they weren’t.nDrove from Redmond and have to wait another hour. When I said I drove from there he said “So did I”. He’s going there to work.nI’m not getting paid to go there twice!nTotal disregard to the customers needs.nPeople like that shouldn’t be the face of Walgreens.

Overall I have a good experiences with Walgreens in general. However, I bought our holiday cards there for the first time this year and it was a MESS! I put my order in online for store pickup. I ordered the Matte finish cards so online it says that they will be shipped to the store and not printed in store (which is why it would take a few days). Fast forward to pickup day: my email confirmation from the day I made my order said I could pick them up after 8:30 AM. On the day I am suppose to pick them up at 8:05 AM I receive and email saying my order was “cancelled” ... 25 mins before I’m suppose to pick them up when I made the order days ago! So I called the 800 number provided and stayed on hold for too long before getting disconnected and calling the store directly. The employee says that their machine broke down and I would need to put my order in again with the other location. I tried explaining that I ordered the matte Christmas cards and that my understanding was that they would be printed elsewhere and then shipped to their location. She found my order there. So I went to pick them up and turns out they do actually print even the matte ones there (despite what the website says) and the machine had broken down while doing our order ... days ago ... so I didn’t get all 60 of my order. Instead I had to count out how many I had there at the checkout and they charged me only for what I got. Thank goodness I got a 50% off coupon when I ordered them because the quality is TERRIBLE!!!! They are printed out on cheap card stock (I upgraded to the 85lb on my order) and they are printed on perforated paper so instead of smooth edges they look like they’ve been popped out of some cheap paper doll like game. And because of the perforated edges many of the cards are torn on some of the edges from someone carelessly pulling them apart from each other. So frustrated!

Same experience as a lot of these other reviews. Was told over the phone that a prescription was ready, drove over to pick it up, and waited for a while only to find out that it hadn't been filled yet. Had to come back the next day. The pharmacist was really nice but either they are understaffed or poorly managed.
