You know they rent these out to the homeless during the winter so just be aware and go somewhere else

decentvplace really minds their own business.

The front rooms are fine, but the weekly rooms in the back are pigsties.

WiFi works terrible unless your right next to the front desk. The shower heads need replaced because the water streams out so fast and tiny that it feels like a thousand tiny needles hitting your body. Very loud area, located next to a major intersection on Broadway. NA, AA, and the needle exchange are right across the street for easy access. Right next to the river and walking trails so that's nice.

Last year on business trip, checked in to Sleepy Inn. I was very pleased. The manager who checked me in, was courteous and professional. A pleasant, grandmotherly lady, she made me feel welcome and right at home. (As if it I was spending the night at my grandmother's house.)nUnfortunately most of the hotel chains in town were either sold out or overpriced. A local recommended the Sleepy Inn. It was great choice! Comfortable and affordable. Just what I needed to refresh and get me back on road.
