Shaun is the best. His customer service is top-notch. After a couple of personalized consultations I was set up with a great classic ski set that felt customized to my needs and abilities at a very competitive price. I'll be going back for future XC needs, and will be sending my friends and family his way!

I bought a new Ritchey Outback from MTCX and the process couldn't have been any better. Shaun advised me on my different sizing and component options and then once we got the bike, he made sure that everything fit and worked as it should.
