I enjoy the convenience of this pharmacy. I can walk there or we do all our groceries there so very convenient. But 2x I have shown up and the pharmacy is closed. It would be nice to have some wider range of hours other than just those that appease the 70-99 year old age group. Today I went at 8:30am which doesn’t seem unreasonable.

I don’t know why Smiths Pharmacy makes things harder than any other pharmacy I’ve been to, but they go above and beyond.nnI have two prescriptions. One controlled and one not. I’ve had them both for a year. I’ve had these filled through Walmart and CVS as well. For some reason, they are making it near impossible to fill my controlled script. I’ve had the doctor call twice, on top of the fact that it was given to me with 3 refills left! My doctor should only have to call it in every 3 months as per law, but they make the dr call it in every single month And then STILL don’t fill it?? The chemical balance in my brain won’t stabilize itself just because this business doesn’t like my prescription.

Avoid Smiths for post surgical pain meds. They have a new corporate policy. Expect to be harassed.
