Ok so I'm Here trying to find the Owner Of Mason Creek Rv park. I Have a Family of 4 Husband, Wife, 2 kids under 6. We have been here for almost 1 year. The communitie in our area is truly amazing. We both work, one works with the schools so was a rough start. We are currently trying to reach the appropriate management to deal with an eviction. We Have rent was late by 6 days, but we are behind on electric by at least 4 months due to Poor Management skills. My wife, My self and one other person Had asked for our electric with our mail and rent each month we paid. We would get told it will be in your mailbox. Wait another week still nothing. about 3 months later get a statement for 300 Dollars with eviction? I went down 2 times yesterday to pay it and talk but no one WAS at the OFFICE as usual. Just need to talk to someone and get this taken care of ASAP. 2 kids ASAP
i been trying to get a hold of them and the number is wrong it says it cant be connected try back does anyone know how to get a hold of them thank you in advice
Poor management and lots of junk stored in the back of the property. Insect infestations as well. They will not communicate when they will spray herbicides or pesticides which will put your pets in danger. Wash machines and dryers are in poor condition. No wifi, propane, or free cable as advertised.
The management is super friendly and helpful!! They have a small food bank and they are about to expand! I am stoked to see how it turns out. Did you know one of the managers is a famous oil spill preventor? Neither did I! This place loves the environment and I can't wait to do my part and help!
