Staff was accommodating of my booking errors; Room was spacious and clean; Breakfast was better than expected. Only issue was very loud fan in bathroom but who cares about that.
Came in late and worn out. They took good care of us. Clean room, quite nice in fact. Early the next morning I went to grab some coffee The staff was scurrying around and had little breakfast tacos from a local taqueria that were for them, not for customers, and they offered me one. What a great way to start the days drive to Riverside.
Great location.. kinda tricky driveway..its way in the back. Wonderful front counter gentleman.....I stay at as many BW's as possible when traveling each year..this is my second stay here 2019 / 2020n..it's next to Denny's...but there's way more places in the town....I highly recommend this location.... right off the freeway too.... however, from my room there's minimal road noises....avoid room near elevator...fyi
Grab and go breakfast was top notch. Staff very friendly. This one is a good example of what I've come to expect from Best Western hotels.
I stayed at plenty of best westerns never a problem except here staff was nice room was filthy had a odor in the room dust all over room found trash & even a band aid behind TV was staying here one night in business took pics & video of experience bw never asked to see proof they did say sorry room was not up to my standards actually it was not up to anybodys standards
