Place is run by people uninterested in doing there job well. Very disorganized. As I arrived there was a mask worn half the time by the people at the desk. My confirmation wasn't coming up so they had to reset the system. Once i got to my room there was maintenance in there still fixing the bathroom door which was completely beat up and wouldn't fully close or open. Shower hot water knob was broken. Highly doubt they sanitize anything at all with how organized they are and when I checked my credit card statement they had charged me twice possibly due to the system having to be reset. After calling to get it fixed there was no help from the man on the phone who referred me to the manager and who has yet to answer any of my calls. No effort was made to get my number down or anything. Terrible customer service from people who have no idea how to offer it. And on top of it all the area is extremely ghetto and loud. Glad my credit card reimbursed me and I never have to deal with Motel 6 again.

The room itself was great, very large, king size bed, newly renovated and modern and clean.nnThe biggest problem was the front desk clerk when I was checking in. The guy had no idea what he was talking about. I asked for a room with microwave and bath tub, he said none of the rooms offer microwaves and it's hit or miss for a bathtub. He gave me a room key that wasn't programmed (he was on his phone watching a movie the whole time) and I had to return to get another one. Once we got to our room it had a microwave, refrigerator and bath tub, so he clearly had no idea what he was talking about.nnI took 1 star off because of the front desk clerk, otherwise the room was great.

These nice women have been overwhelmingly awesome at their job. Including the housekeeping staff. They will try their best to accommodate you knowing it's extremely hard in this Covid economy. Two thumbs up from me.

Called Motel 6 for rates and availabilitynOn Sunday morning, booked it, checked in with your friendly young lady who was very helpful. My room is awesome. I called to tell brenda that I really love the room, rate more than 5 stars for service, room and comfy beds. Motel6 pet friendly too!

This place is straight out of the box new, gotta love that. Book online to save some money. I booked online in the lobby. The rooms are nice for the price.
