We came on and the office was closed. A tenant told us to check the board for our reservation. Never saw a host. Laundry room was not clean and a bad odor in it. Dock bar ok. Hard to find our space and not easy to get into. We have a 30 foot trailer ,had to turn around in the small open area to back in. Probably won't be back to this place.

Great view, great staff, fun environment. Biggest question is why can't they maintain the bathrooms? They are absolutely disgusting, usually do not have toilet paper, trash everywhere, sinks and doors that do not work... this place generates SO much money- it's a shame they do not maintain the property and let it get this bad for years on end and it's worse with each visit.

The customer service was a refreshing experience. I wish I'd caught the gals name that helped me but she couldn't have been more accommodating. Looking forward to our visit in March!

Dont know how this place gets good reviews. The only reason I gave it a 1 is because of Fox's floating dock bar. The only thing that made this place tolerable. We arrived on a Wednesday for 3 nights. Office closed Tuesday & Wednesday's. Ok called number posted on office door. No response for the 3 days we were there. This place has no amenities whatsoever as advertised. No cable channels unless you call the Hallmark station a cable channel. NO internet service. No ice machines, no store and no office open the entire time we were there. Never saw an employee the whole time we were there. NO maintenance, bathrooms horrendous and sites are obviously not cleaned between arrivals. I heard the daughter of the owner runs the campground from California she needs to visit once in a while! They should be sued for false advertising!! Simply a disgusting place!!!

Stay here during winter. Great food, drinks. Always activities you csn join in. Staff is wonderful.
