They took my number down 5 different times and nobody ever called back.

We came to get our baby vaccinated. We came in mind to just get 2-3 vaccines so not to overload our baby’s system. I did notice what the other reviews said about the reception not caring being attentive at all. They’re right. We took our ticket and stood infront of the glass window where the receptionist was shuffling papers. Look, if you don’t like your job, just quit because you make all of us miserable. She didn’t even look at us, and we were standing there for a few minutes before someone else came in and attended to us.nnSo we come in and we tell the nurse that we just want 2-3 vaccines, so she says okay we can do 3 in one poke (dtap, polio, and hib). I say great, but she proceeds to show us other vaccines (flu, hepb etc.,) that we need to do later on subsequent visits. I say great, we will do that on a later date. We wait a bit and the baby receives the shots, and we look to see what they gave her, and they loaded up our kid with 6 vaccines. Even though I only said just the 3, they ignored my request and did whatever the hell they wanted. It’s the blonde nurse with the glasses. Don’t know her name - She’ll do whatever the hell she wants and ignore you. Be wary of her, and be adamant about what you want when you come here. Actually, just go somewhere else if you actually want your needs and requests to be considered.

After arriving today for immunizations for my daughter, the sign on the door said this location is closed. Only location open is the Teresa Lee clinic near I-10 and Valencia. I drive all the way down there to be told that the immunization clinic suddenly is closed. This was at about 1:30. I was not happy!

If I could put a half star I would they are so unprofessional.

While there is a wait to go back, I don't care because I know I don't have appointments to get my service. And once I am back there it's quick. I go here for my depo shot and the lady who does them is always so nice. It's never a fight at the reception desk. They just take my information and that's that. I just know to bring my headphones to relax while I wait.
