Magnum Electric Bikes

Great customer service! Bought a charger for my electric bike from these guys. After attempting 2 other purchases from Amazon. Couldn't get the plug right. These guys were super friendly and helpful. I love good customer service and feel I need to do my part to help good business succeed.

After getting my wife a Metro last October from Magnum Bikes and seeing the quality in her bike I picked up a Summit. Zach is amazing! He took care of getting my bike together in time for a weekend trip to St George. Rachel helped after I ordered the wrong bike. Great team! I tell everyone I know how great these e-bikes are!

I purchased the Pathfinder a week ago and absolutely LOVE it! Such a blast! It can go anywhere and has the power to perform. Magnum’s customer service is by far the best! They are passionate about their bikes and truly care about the customer. Every time I reached out to them, they responded within a few hours. My little Pathfinder is awesome and so is the company and the people who work there. You need to check them out!
