The staff in person is nice enough but this location has a lot to learn about customer service. I have been placed on hold and left there without being told how many callers are ahead of me, been left on hold for an insane amount of time too many times to count and I honestly cannot count how many times I have been hung up on. I can sympathize with the fact this location must be very busy but it's no excuse to treat customers this way. I filled at this location for years and now will be filling at the Vista location. Which is a MILLION times better.

this CVS has always been unique because it is open 24 hours which I think it's the only one in Reno-Sparks area but the customer service is not the greatest the lines are fairly long all the time and the pharmacist are kind of snippy..the layout and the openness of the CVS are just uncomfortable I don't know what it is. the lights are just a little too bright and one time I had an employee following me around when I put some eye drops back on the shelf that I didn't want asking me where the eye drops were... I showed him and he felt quite stupid...it was very rude but I still give it five stars because it's open 24 hours and that pretty much over powers every other bad thing about it....lol... so yeah...

Incredibly rude customer service. A snarky woman working there refused us service and intimidated another employee into not checking us out because we were not wearing masks, despite legitimate exemptions to the mandate. Management really needs to have a talk with their staff about customer service and politeness. I live across the street and I'll go out of my way to shop elsewhere from now on. If ya'll like store clerks bullying you, come on down~!

My family has had very pleasant experiences at this location. In particular, with a pharmacist named Theresa, who is polite and professional while engaging her customers and is efficient when preparing their orders. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for professional interactions with polite, friendly staff, in a store with a hometown feel.
