Was visiting this cvs on 03/01/21. I brought my my grandmother into town to get her meds refill and do some nessecitity shopping from cvs. While in store my grandmother was began to have an emergency and needed a restroom. Found and employee and asked if she could use restroom because she was having an emergency. Without any hesitation or even a single care the employee rudely told us oh well don't have any and advised us she had to go to Big Lots. Knowing she was lying and not having a choice we dropped what we were doing and I tried to rush her to big lots. as soon as we get right to the doors to cvs she had an accident. . I understand things are hard and different at the time but have some common desentcy for an elderly woman who needed the basic necessity of a restroom. Shame on you CVS for allowing your employees to to withhold a customer facilities. You have a pharmacy inside your establishment your going to have people with special situations and needs.

Refill deadline for blood pressure meds expired before the date on the bottle. Tech refused to help.

This is literally the WORST pharmacy EVER!!!!! The staff was rude to me when I called kept explaining the same situation over and over after I told them I understand that however my doctor called my meds in at 1135 they REFUSED to see if it was anywhere!!!
