This pharmacy used to be great. Everything done on time, caring people. The new ownership sucks. I had back surgery done Tuesday evening, had my scripts sent to the pharmacy like usual. Now they won't fill narcotics scripts without a hard copy. I haven't even seen a hard copy script in years. My wife had a script sent in at 9 o'clock this morning. 230 in the afternoon and they still haven't touched it. This pharmacy went straight to hell. Nobody I know will ever get their scripts filled here again.

I have dealt with a lot of pharmacy staff in many of the big store locations and they cannot hold a candle to Grant. He went out of his way to get my prescription down to an affordable level......even without me having Rx coverage. He has always provided class A service and I will not get a script filled anywhere else. He is not about $$$.....he is about taking care of people and treating them with respect.

Grant at Silver Springs Pharmacy went far above and beyond any customer service i have ever experienced. I had such a difficult time finding my medicine when i moved here from SC. He helped me cut through all the red tape and even got me an appointment at with a doctor who could prescribe what i needed. I highly recommend Silver Springs Pharmacy
