It doesnt matter if there is 1 person in line ahead of you. You are still waiting a minimum of 20 minutes to pick up a prescription at the least. The DMV has faster service.

The staff are great at this Walgreens, especially Mike the pharmacist when giving vaccines. Only downside is like most pharmacies in the area they are extremely understaffed so everything takes a while.

I called the pharmacy to refill a prescription before I went hunting. Got back from hunting and no word from the pharmacy. I called and they said that I need to call my doctor and have them give me more refills. When I talked to the doctors office I was informed that that's not the policy. The pharmacy needs to fax in a refill request. So I called the pharmacy back and explained to them that they need to send a fax request to the doctors office. The pharmacist that I talked to said that he'll do that. A couple days later I haven't heard anything, I called the doctors office to see if they received a fax from the pharmacy at Walgreens and they didn't. The doctors office called and requested a refill on my prescription and 2 days later I called the pharmacy and they where giving me a run around on my prescription which I need. They said first it was my insurance, then they said that they need my Dr approval which the Dr already gave them approval twice. Walgreens is going down hill. I never had any problems with them until the past month. Today's the 5th of September. I had enough. Thinking about changing pharmacies.

The staff at the pharmacy is so helpful and friendly. I have a pleasant experience eAch time I'm in there.nMark and Isabelle have been amazing. The show they care about the people that come in there, they do their job with a professional quickness that is more than any others. They always have a friendly smile, and when they talk to us, they don't make us feel rushed or like we are just someone to get quickly out of the pharmacy.nThank you for such great service
