We had a lovely stay at the Kachina Lodge! It's dog friendly with a big park inside the property, the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, the rooms were super clean and newly remodeled, and there were really cool paintings and other beautiful New Mexican designs throughout - all at a fantastic price! We will definitely be back, this was such a cool place in Taos. It's only a 30 minute drive to ski valley for your ski vacation!

Honestly, this place is actually pretty great, wasn't expecting it! The price to have dogs in your room is unbeatable (the price for humans is pretty great too), and I've travelled a lot so I know how difficult it is. The staff is really friendly and kind. There's basically a small park within the complex, which is again perfect for the dogs. It's a really cute spot. Yeah, nothing but good things to say here!

The kachina lodge has been our adventure hub for the Taos area for the past week.nnWe had an incredible stay, the staff is so amazing and friendly (Hi Miles!) and it’s an owner operated property.nnWe spent time speaking with the owners about all the hard work they have done over the past 2 years and their vision of bringing the property back to its original, artistic character.nnThis place has a lot of history and was a go to destination for decades until the previous ownership stopped maintaining it and improving it.nnThere is so much hard work that goes into the revitalization of a ud83cudfe8. We loved our stay and we highly recommend the Kachina Lodge, it’s a great value!

My fiancé and I stayed here the last few days. When we arrived there was a mix up with our room and they took care of it right away and gave us a renovated room instead of the original room we were supposed to be in. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We chose this hotel because they allowed us to bring our two dogs. The pet fee was very fair and affordable. They have a pretty big area for the dogs to play and use the restroom. The rooms were clean and had a clean smell. When we come back we will definitely be staying here again. Large room with silent electric heating. Floors are all tile, no dirty carpet. Great beds. Paid less than $100 for a night between Saturday and Sunday.
