The staff was wonderful (except one grumpy looking lady with ponytail, looks Russian) they all cared for us and made sure we were taken care of. The only thing that got to my surprise was throughout the pandemic, we’ve stayed in 5-6 choice hotels and they all picked up our towels by our front door; whereas here, you have to go to the front and drop it off at their hamper... a bit too degrading for guests.
Clean bed, clean room, wifi, smack in the middle of main strip. Beautifull 1.3 mile walk to grindstone lake to self heal and just relax. Will give em 5 stars when front desk ladies smile moreud83dude09
We really loved our stay here. The bed was comfortable the room looked and smelled clean. The towels were very soft and cozy. Lots of water pressure coming from the shower. The floor boards were very clean. A lot of places don't clean their floor boards or frames well and over time, they tend to look black. The restroom had a timed heating lamp. The restroom was well lit and I was able to do my make up with just the right light. There was a sitting area in the middle of the hall; it looked very cozy. The elevator was quick. Friendly and helpful staff.
Shower head assembly ridiculous. 5 ft max with no manipulation allowed. Refrigerator temp was too low. Poor amt of bathroom counter space. Overpriced for amenities.nHowever, personnel was very helpful in getting us in. Friendly staff, convenient location and good housekeeping. Decent covid breakfast and nice tv in room.
Check was at 3 pm. 543 arrived our room wasnt ready. But the pool was operational. And jacuzzi was hot.
