Worst experience ever! Both rooms right next to us had parties, I was in room 114, you can hear everything from the walls, next I couldn’t even call front desk because phone was not working! And I was not going to walk all the way to front desk in the middle of the night with the cold weather that you experienced during this times in ruidoso NM, yo top it off, this room had breakfast included! When I walked to the lobby (front desk area) the door had a huge sign that said closed! No one answered when I rang the bell, I always prefer hotels with breakfast included due to having to little ones that requiere breakfast immediately as soon as they wake up! Well no breakfast at all! False advertisement on the website! All of them where you can book this hotel! Be aware! Next when I come to check out, lobby was still close and no one answered the bell until the third time I rang it! I immediately referred all of my concerns to the attendant, all he was saying was no no no and he was half asleep! I left and called booking.com immediately for my horrible experience, the customer representative apologize and put me on hold to call himself to the hotel so I can receive a credit for false advertisement of breakfast included and every single one of my concerns, when he came back to the line, he apologized again and told me; ma’am I apologize but the person that answered in response to this hotel was rude and did not wanted to cooperate with me at all, thank God calls are recorded and this will be escalated but there is nothing else I will be able to do for you, he kept on apologizing, I told him it was ok and that I am glad he was able to experience the same bad experience I went through so they can know what type of hotel this is, but that I will make sure I left them a bad review, so buyers be aware of this hotel/ motel! Not worth it for $140 a night!

Great staff, great prices in exchange for older building, traffic noise in exchange for location, I would stay here again for over night but not for longer than that. All white linen for easy inspection. Clean bedding. Gas wall heated bonus.

Advertised free WiFi and free breakfast as selling points. WiFi did not work 2 of the 3 days. They never updated no free breakfast because of COVID. We had to stuff the door jam with paper towels and towels to keep the cold air out. They said the rooms were recently remodeled, if so, they could have spent a little more per room by using weather stripping. Long black hair on the sheets and the guy at the front desk did not seem to care about our concerns. Will never stay there again. In addition, the room was very noisy day and night.

Overall great place, seems somewhat newly remodel. The only negative I have is the heater blows directly on the bed

Will never stay there again, no coffee in the room, we got a lot of snow but they didn't clean the parking lot up so customers could get out.
